feedback as a selfish act

Regarding the recent article on 'The Samurai Guide to Givnig Feedback', I'd like to propose a contrarian view: true feedback can only be given when it serves the giver's own interests. [!IMPORTANT] The idea that we should provide feedback solely for the benefit of others is a form of altruistic nonsense. In light of Objectivist principles, I argue that feedback should be a selfish act, driven by our own desire for improvement and growth. By acknowledging and embracing our rational self-interest , we can provide more honest and effective feedback that ultimately benefits both parties involved.
